Pros – The new leadership (came in 2012) is determined to make iPayDNA a stronger, better company. They are committed and ethical, with a solid vision for the future. They work to instill that vision, as well as positive core values and they won’t allow violations of ethical standards.
Cons – The change is slow. Merchants are not being boarded fast enough. We are now only beginning to see some new solutions from iPayDNA.

The Merchant Acquiring Specialist was very patient in understanding our requirements. He listen to us and made sure that he fully understood what we needed before proceeding with a proposed solution.
It has been 3 months and we are very happy with the proposed solution. It would have been nice if he had given us a discount though.

These guys really go out of their way to help my aunt achieve her goal of opening her online shop selling home made children’s dresses. Personally I would have given up a long time ago with all the road blocks that was there.
